Summary of the Class:
This Reiki Level I training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available. The class is delivered using William Rand, International Centre for Reiki Training Manual and techniques. It is a combination of the Western and Japanese style of Reiki. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself.

The 8 hour, one day class,is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system. A 179 page manual and a certificate are included.  There is ongoing support via Reiki shares. 

The course will be held in Kingston at the Senior's Centre- you must be registered to attend.  More info will be provided at the time of registration.

Course Cost is $150.00 for 7 hours instruction. You will provided with (half hour) light lunch, as well, snacks.  You will have 1 hour of homework.

Manifesting Change- Energy, Thoughts, Feelings

On Tuesday Feb 6, 2018, I had the privilege of presenting to North Bay's Business Women's Network luncheon.  I started the group off with a short Holy Love Experience so they could have a few minutes to let go and follow their inner light to a place of love. In the 5 minutes remaining i did a speed talk on the importance of Gratitude, loving one's self and using energy in a positive way.  I explained how we use our energy every day and if we live mindfully, we can use our super powers for good.  We have choice in every moment- every emotion, every thought.  Yes, we need to feel and process anger, fear etc, but the point is, you need to feel and then move on.  If you continue to complain, to relive, retell those negative situations, you will stay in the past where they were created, unable to create harmony and love in your life.
